Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our innovative team. In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of our digital marketing efforts, driving tactical execution that aligns with our mission and objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented team to seamlessly integrate business development initiatives with marketing strategies, ensuring we achieve our ambitious KPIs. Key Responsibilities

  1. Digital Management: Partner with the Marketing Manager to delivery effective marketing strategies aligned with NASC’s goals and target audience. Maintaining the website through
    an external digital agency – to ensure it is always up to date, it contains seamless user journeys, relevant content and ensuring it is optimised for maximum search engine
    performance.
  2. Advertising Management: Design and launch innovative online advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Take ownership of all paid media campaigns, maximising our reach and driving impactful results.
  3. Search Engine Optimisation: Elevate our online presence by optimizing website content and structure for search engines. Manage PPC campaigns and continually enhance our search engine rankings with savvy SEO and SEM tactics.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Own all data, tracking and performance through the use of advanced analytic tools (e.g. G4A). Monitor KPIs and provide insightful reports to measure
    and boost the effectiveness of all digital efforts.

About You

  • Strategic & Creative Thinking: You demonstrate strong strategic and creative thinking abilities, consistently generating fresh ideas to elevate our brand.
  • Website Management Skills: You have hands on experience in website management and optimization, maintaining a high-quality online presence. Proficient in WordPress, you enjoy creating engaging, user-friendly websites that captivate our audience.
  • Advertising Management Experience: You are skilled in advertising management, including SEM, PPC, display, and Google Ads, to drive effective and impactful campaigns.
  • SEO Knowledge: You have an understanding for SEO strategies and execution, enhancing search engine rankings and visibility to drive organic growth.
  • Data Analysis Capability: You have expertise in data analysis, particularly with analytics tools like G4A, transforming data into actionable insights that inform our strategies.
  • Organisation Skills: You are detail orientated and well organised and thrive in a fast past environment. You excel in prioritizing tasks effectively and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Solution-Orientated: You are proactive – always seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set. You stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, eager to apply new insights and innovative approaches to enhancing our brands presence. Your ability to think critically enables you to contribute innovative ideas and adapt quickly to evolving priorities.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of digital marketing work experience.
  • A degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related business degree.
  • Experience in: Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, PPC, LinkedIn and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Proficiency in MS Suite.
