The Service Standards Executive at NASC requires a highly organised, detail-oriented person with excellent attention to detail. Maintaining all records across membership operations and supporting all members with exceptional customer service and dealing with queries in a time efficient manner.
The department is responsible for focusing on managing and improving admission and audit processes, fostering member engagement, and maintaining accurate membership data.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is essential to ensure smooth office operations, effective communication, and strong administrative support across teams.
Whilst the role holder will be asked to support across all areas of administration including Membership, Quality and CISRS and LMS activities; the role holder will have specific daily tasks to perform agreed with the team leader.
Membership Admission and Audit Management:
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration support
Compliance and reporting:
Administrative support
Provide cover for absence in the wider Operations Team, and other assistance that may be required
