NASC is launching a new Photo of the Year Competition to showcase the art of scaffolding and its operatives.

Top prize:
The winner will receive a £100 Amazon voucher and feature in Scaffolding Insider Magazine.

What can you submit?
Anything scaffolding-related! Show us your stunning completed projects, artistic close-ups, wonderful colleagues working on site, or impressive in-progress structures. All levels welcome! We want to see your unique perspective.

 Terms & Conditions

  1. The competition is open to all, except employees of the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with organization or judging of the competition.
  2. There is no entry fee to participate in the competition.
  3. By submitting a photo to this competition, you grant NASC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such photo in any media formats and through any media channels. You also agree that NASC may use your name, likeness, and biographical information in connection with such photo. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to grant the foregoing license to the NASC.
  4. NASC reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of NASC’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the NASC.
  5. NASC is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  6. The prize is as follows: £100 of Amazon vouchers
  7. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the NASC.
  8. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the NASC reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  9. NASC will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected.
  10. NASC’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
