Position Overview

Join us at NASC as a Brand Executive and be the brand custodian. This is your opportunity to play a central role in shaping the future of a well-known established brand. We’re seeking a creative and
dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, ready to lead our brand strategy to new heights. In this key position, you will drive the execution of all brand activities, championing NASC’s
mission and objectives and collaborating closely with our talented team. You will align all brand efforts with innovative marketing strategies to surpass NASC’s KPIs. Your expertise will be instrumental in orchestrating impactful campaigns to amplify our brand’s presence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Management: Take ownership of our brand identity, ensuring seamless consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Craft and executive dynamic marketing campaigns that
    resonate with our audience and enhance the brands perception.
  2. Content Creation: Design compelling visuals and captivating content that embodies the essence of the brand. Produce engaging marketing assets and innovative templates to
    captivate our audience.
  3. Communication Management: Drive engagement through strategic email marketing campaigns, meticulously crafted to nurture leads, promote flagship events and build
    meaningful connections with members and key stakeholders.
  4. Insight Management: Stay ahead of industry and marketing trends, analyse competitor behaviour and leverage emerging marketing technologies to identify opportunities for the brand.
  5. Event Management Support: Elevate our brand’s presence at key events through strategic content creation and seamless brand integration, ensuring every interaction reinforces our
    distinctive identity.

About You

  • Passion for Branding: You have a genuine interest in building a brand, eager to contribute your creative ideas and energy to shaping our brand’s story. You understand the impact of consistent brand messaging and are enthusiastic about translating brand strategies into compelling campaigns.
  • Creative Flair and Technical Skills: You have hands-on experience in email marketing and a skill for crafting engaging copy and content that resonates with audiences. Your proficiency in video editing allows you to create impactful visual content that enhances brand storytelling.
  • Design Experience: You are proficient in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe. You enjoy crafting visual and written content that resonates with key audiences, tells the brands story and supports the brand’s visual identity
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills You excel in a collaborative environment, bringing strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork. Your clear and concise
    communication skills, both written and verbal, ensure cohesive messaging and successful project outcomes. Experience in copywriting is a plus.
  • Solution-Orientated: You are proactive – always seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set. You stay updated on social trends and emerging technologies, eager
    to apply new insights and innovative approaches to enhancing our brands presence.
  • Organisation Skills: You are detail orientated and well organised and thrive in a fast past environment. You have a knack for prioritising tasks effectively and ensuring projects are
    delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing and brand related work experience.
  • A marketing degree or a related business degree.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, email marketing and video editing.
