Position Overview

The purpose of this unique and new role is to oversee, manage and lead a team ensuring compliance with key industry standards and NASC criteria. Reporting to the Head of Finance and Operations, you will cover areas ranging from certifications, audit processes and compliance to safeguard NASC’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of NASC accreditations such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
  • Management of the NASC audit processes, including areas such as the Common Assessment standard, NASC Approved Products and CISRS training centers
  • Lead Auditor for internal and external audits and managing the activities of the compliance team
  • Provide training and guidance to the compliance team
  • Work closely with internal departments to coordinate audits and ensure continuous improvement

About You

You will have proven experience in quality management and auditing, ideally within the construction or scaffolding industry. You will have hands-on experience of ISO standards and will be able to demonstrate your ability to lead a compliance and audit team. You will naturally have excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong attention to detail. You are collaborative by nature and enjoy producing work of the highest quality
