Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our innovative team. In this key role, you’ll spearhead the tactical execution of our social media initiatives, playing a crucial part in advancing NASC’s mission and objectives. You’ll collaborate closely with our talented team to seamlessly integrate business development initiatives with marketing strategies, ensuring we achieve our ambitious KPIs. Key Responsibilities

  1. Social Media Management: Lead NASC’s social media presence, including content creation, content scheduling, community engagement, and trend monitoring. Proactively identify opportunities to enhance our online presence and engagement.
  2. Brand Management: Take ownership of our brand identity across all social platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and visual cohesiveness. Develop and execute dynamic social marketing campaigns that resonate with our audience and enhance brand perception.
  3. Social Advertising Management: Design and launch innovative social advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Maximize reach and drive impactful results through strategic and creative ad management.
  4. Content Creation: Create compelling visuals and captivating content that embody the essence of our brand. Produce engaging marketing assets and innovative templates to captivate our audience across all social media platforms.
  5. Analytics and Reporting: Utilize advanced analytics tools to track performance and measure the success of social media initiatives. Monitor KPIs and provide insightful reports to optimize and enhance the effectiveness of all social efforts.

About You

  • Passion for Social Media: You have a genuine interest in social media, eager to contribute your creative ideas and energy to shaping our brand’s story. You understand the impact of consistent brand messaging and are enthusiastic about translating brand strategies into compelling campaigns. Prior experience in social media management is essential.
  • Social Media Experience You have hands-on experience in social media marketing with a knack for creating engaging copy and content. Proficient in content creation and managing social accounts.
  • Design Experience: You are proficient in graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe. You enjoy crafting visual and written content that resonates with key audiences, tells the brands story and supports the brand’s visual identity
  • Social Advertising Management Experience: You have experience managing social advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube, driving effective and impactful results.
  • Organisation Skills: You are detail orientated and well organised and thrive in a fast past environment. You have the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and ensuring projects are delivered on time while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Solution-Orientated: You are proactive – always seeking opportunities to expand your knowledge and skill set. You stay updated on social trends and emerging technologies, eager to apply new insights and innovative approaches to enhancing our brands presence.
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills You excel in a collaborative environment, bringing strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to teamwork. Your clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, ensure cohesive messaging and successful project outcomes. Experience in copywriting and content marketing is a plus.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required

  • A minimum of 2 years of social media marketing related work experience.
  • A marketing or business degree in marketing, digital marketing or social media management.
  • Experience in: Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
