Legal Advice
NASC members can obtain initial free legal advice from specialist construction solicitor, based in central London. Legal services provided included advice in key areas such as construction, project financing, property, employment, corporate and commercial law, insurance, commercial litigation, arbitration, mergers and acquisitions, banking and financial services.

The team is involved in both contentious and non-contentious construction work, advising all sectors of the construction and engineering industry and in particular specialist subcontractors. Many years’ experience has enabled the team to develop a close understanding of the specialist sector of the construction industry.

NASC Yearbook is the only publication of its kind, including a classified breakdown of the services provided by its members. It has an extensive circulation to local authorities, property owners, building contractors, and many other potential customers. Every individual member company is publicised through this medium.

Specialist Advice
NASC committees covering specialist areas such as technical standards and recruitment give members direct contact for advice. Regional committees: Scotland and Northern Ireland, the Northern and North Wales, the Midlands, the South West and South Wales, and London and the South East. Each provide a forum for discussion of regional issues and act as a link between members, the national Council and specialist committees.

Contacts
Membership offers many opportunities to meet new contacts and exchange views. The Confederation reports to its members at annual meetings and there are also opportunities to be involved at a regional level.
