To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of your information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

All information is held in a secure manner on security-tested systems and storage in the United Kingdom and the United States of America. All information held in the United States is with companies who have GDPR-compliant privacy statements and who operate to Privacy Shield standards.

 

How we use information

We use the information you provide to fulfil your request, manage your membership and to allow us to monitor and improve our services. We do not share this information with any third-parties and we will only contact you with your consent.

We never use personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to those described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.

We do not collect sensitive information about you and we recommend you do not provide it to us.
