Help shape the future of NASC
NASC, the UK’s leading trade body for scaffolding and access, has commissioned an independent survey of both members and non-members, and wants to hear from both groups on the future shape of NASC membership and especially the benefits that come with membership.
The research is being carried out by independent market research agency PFA Research and is designed to help NASC better understand how it can develop and improve its membership offer. Feedback from both members and non-members will directly inform future initiatives and shape the benefits available to members and the wider scaffolding and access community.
Clive Dickin, Group CEO of NASC and CISRS, said: "Understanding what our members and the wider industry truly value is essential if we are to continue developing NASC in the right direction.
“This survey is a genuine opportunity for everyone in the scaffolding and access sector to have their say, and I would encourage as many people as possible to take part. The more feedback we receive, the better placed we are to serve the industry."
The survey will be sent out between 29 April and 8 May. Members and non-member clients should look out for an email from PFA Research with the subject line "NASC survey: help shape member benefits" or "NASC scaffolding industry survey: £100 voucher prize draw."
As an added incentive, those who are eligible and complete the full survey will have the opportunity to enter a prize draw for a £100 Amazon voucher.
All responses will be completely anonymous and confidential. PFA Research will manage all survey communications independently, and no individual responses will be shared with NASC.
The survey closes on 21st May, so please look out for the email and take a few minutes to share your views. This is your opportunity to have a direct say in how NASC develops its membership and supports organisations across the scaffolding and access sector.
The more responses we receive, the more useful and representative the findings will be.
