JR Scaffold Achieves Prestigious Award in Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme
NASC member JR Scaffold has been recognised with the prestigious Gold Award from the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS), placing the company among a select group of employers recognised for their outstanding commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community.
The Gold Award represents the highest level of recognition within the Ministry of Defence Employer Recognition Scheme and is awarded to organisations that demonstrate an exceptional and ongoing commitment to supporting members of the Armed Forces community, including serving personnel, Reservists, Veterans, service leavers, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers and military families.
For JR Scaffold, the accolade marks another significant milestone in the company's continued commitment to being a Forces-friendly employer and building on the foundations established through its previous ERS Bronze and Silver Award achievements.
The recognition reflects the company's ongoing support for the Armed Forces Covenant and its commitment to creating a positive and inclusive working environment for those who serve, have served, or have family connections to the Armed Forces.
