This forms the first part of your application audit. Following submission and review, a NASC Compliance Officer will contact you to organise a site visit if no further action is required on the submitted desktop audit.

Please note that the audit form generates once "apply" is clicked. To access your audit following this, you must go to your "My Audits" page when you have logged into our website.
