NASC competition terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions run by NASC:

Promoter: NASC/ScaffEx, 4th Floor 12 Bridewell Place, London, EC4V 6AP, registered in the UK under Company No. 04866191, is the promoter of this competition.

Eligibility: The competition is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Directors, Council members, Employees and their families are also not eligible to enter.

How to Enter: To enter, participants must register to attend ScaffEx 2025 by no later than 5pm on 25th July 2025 via the official event registration page.

Automatic Entry: Anyone who has already registered before the deadline will automatically be entered into the prize draw.

No Fee, No Purchase: Entry is free of charge. No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

Alternative Method of Entry: In accordance with UK law, individuals who do not wish to attend the event but still wish to enter the prize draw, may do so by sending their full name, email address and contact number to Derek MacHale, 4th Floor 12 Bridewell Place, London, EC4V 6AP, with the subject line “Free Prize Draw Entry – iPhone 16”. Entries must be received by the same stated deadline.

Prize: One (1) Apple iPhone 16 (128GB). No cash alternative. Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

Winner Selection: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries received by the deadline, using a randomised draw process, and notified via email within seven days.

Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond within 7 days of notification. If unclaimed, the prize may be offered to another entrant.

Publicity: By entering, entrants agree that their name may be published for winner announcement purposes. No additional personal data will be shared without consent.

Data Protection: Any personal information provided will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Data will be used solely for competition administration and not shared with third parties without consent.

General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the competition and these terms where necessary due to events outside its control. The decision of the Promoter is final.

Governing Law: These terms are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
